Yay for me! I lasted the whole of the course.

I now have a shiny paper saying I know my way around Autocad and Inventor. Yesterday was the last day and we went out for pizza, it's really odd it all being over. Anyway, I'm gonna have a few well deserved days of rest and then I'm gonna start looking for employment. Hopefully I'll be able to find something nice that doesn't start before noon. Cross your fingers alright?
Anyone up to suggesting a good game or two for the DS? I finally bought one in the end August and I love the thing to bits. I've only been playing Final Fantasy Ring of Fates (borrowed from my bro) and am about to start at The World Ends With You. Not the fastes gamer I know :S Are there any good hack and slash games out there? Ineed my violence.

I got a M3 real card for it, so I've been running the Colors program using it as a sketch book. Fun, fun, fun. Plus it's neat for reading ebooks. *Pets little black thingy.* I must come up with a name for it soon... also I should
make bully my brother into making me a carry case for it.
While I'm at the subject of Nintendo... I really, really want a Wii. My brother just bought one, and as there's been fall vacations for most schools this week he stayed over here for a few days bringing it with him. So. Damn. Fun.

I should probably just shut up about games and go through all of those I've bought used. Hehe...
Last week I was at one of the best boat trips ever. We suddenly decided to take a small class trip with the course, and the weather couldn't have been any better. No wind at all the sea calm, and the temperature nice and warm. We went a bit sightseeing around the skerries before we went ashore an island where there used to be a fort during WWII. It was so fun running around exploring all the ruins there. Fumbling around in the old bunkers, damn those things are dark. Sitting on the old gun sites trying to imagine how it might have been there.. sticking the head up of holes in the ground. Unfortunatly my camera ran out of battery after taking only one picture while we still were on the water.

I got some taken with my phone, but the camera is kinda sucky. I haven't uploaded those to my computer yet, so here's the one I got from my camera.

...idyllic island picture.
Later that day I also got my septum pierced. Finally I might add, I've been thinking about getting it done for , errr, a while now. Here's a picture of that too... check out my cool new beanie, I swear I'm just getting nerdier and nerdier.
It's so nice not having to get up in the mornings anymore. I have so many sketches lying around that needs to turn into real drawings/ painting... and yesterday I bought a set of Derwent Inktense pencils that I'm just itching to try out. (Along with a sponge (I had forgotten how funny they smell) and some drawing ink and a book about East Asian art... I really shouldn't have spent all those money before getting a job, but oh well). I also want to have a sketchblog at my websites, so I should probably get my rear in gear and start getting these things done.
