another day

a update on my recovery. between phyiscal theropy and just learning to walk again my life has been quite dismal. but todat there was hope. I was able to dust off the chopper and go for a spin today. it felt good. 1stv ride in 2 months. wooohoooo =o-\o

	I know what your going through, a back injury had me screwed up for along time, but its nice actually being able to walk again. I hope everything goes well with the therapy.
