Thank you all so much for the well wishes!!  I am so nervous.  I tried on the suit I own, and it's a size 3.  I'm not a size 3 anymore.  The jacket pulled and looked like the buttons were going to come off.  I also don't have the right clothes to actually go to work in...or the right shoes.....I'm just nervous.  I need to come up with some salary requirements and some good stand-out questions to ask in the interview.  I have to beat out 3 other applicants.  I really need this job.  I ran out of vacation days yesterday, so I am officially no longer being paid.  Anyone who lives paycheck to paycheck knows that one missed one is pretty hard, and it looks like even if I do get this job, I have to wait for background checks, etc. before I start working, and then a couple of weeks to get that first check.

Eric's life is the opposite!  He's negotiating a HUGE raise today!!!  It's because he's the smartest genius who ever did live.  His boss said absolutely to the raise yesterday, and they are meeting this morning to hammer out a number.  Eric's only teammate left the company yesterday, so Eric is going to absorb his job so the boss doesn't have to hire another guy, and if he's working 2 jobs, he wants to be paid for what he is worth.  Eric played hardball and said if he didnt' get what he wanted, he would leave, knowing the company would sink without him.  The boss said money is no object.  SCORE!  Eric is the most awesome dude in the world.

In other wonderful news, tomorrow night my brother is playing at a bar in Plainfield, and Sinclair, and Boom and Mr. Boom, and Prendick and maybe Mrs. Prendick are coming out!  WOOOOOOO!!!  I'm so excited to see everyone and mingle and see how big my brother's girlfriend has gotten since she's full of baby.  I can't wait!!!
