My kitty Pumpkin had total kidney failure yesterday and I had to put her down  I cannot stop crying. She was my best friend. I adopted her in 2001...she was 5 years old and I was her 4th home.
When I adopted her, she had a hernia the size of a golf ball inside of her. They did the surgery because I adopted her and she came home with me. We had an immediate bond and the love was completely unconditional both ways.
I went through 3 really sever vet visits with her during the time I owned her...but it was so worth it to see her everyday. Her beautiful eyes and her fuzzy face. My angel....
She moved with me a total of 13 times in the 8 years I owned her and she never complained. She was just happy to come along. Such a sweetheart.
I knew this was eventually coming, but I never thought it would be this hard. She passed at 13 years old...my mothers lucky number. I hope her and my mother are now taking care of eachother. I miss them both so much.
