so i did not have a very good return back to the work grind today. to start off i left my external hard drive from work here at home, got almost all the way to work when i realized i had forgotten it. and turned all the way back to get it. after grabbing i i walk back down the stairs in my apartment complex and over the  course of the morning some slight freezing rain had fallen and make the steps very slippery. of course i slipped and fell about 5 steps down hitting my ass on each step and hitting my hand on something hard enough to make it go numb for about 15 minutes. i just remember looking up at the sky with my legs all spread thinking "why god?" haha

but im ok now. nothing some tylenol abuse couldnt help. we will see how i feel in the morning though.
