So this has been the dullest x-mas ever. No tree, No presents, no fancy dinner. Thank you very much old man winter. It's just been so snowy here I've been hiding in my apartment. I guess my family is waiting until tomorrow to celebrate. I'm driving down to Salem with my brother coming in from D.C (who's flight was delayed 3 days thanks to the snow).
On Monday I worked my first day at Devils point, and I just have to say I loved it. Kevin the bartender was so friendly and nice. I just felt really comfortable there. I hope all goes well there because I don't want to leave! :-)
And I really don't want to go back to a club that treats me like second rate trash, like the other places I've worked. I'm sick of people giving preferential treatment to chicks cause they are 'conventionally hot' or because they talk themselves up to be the Shit. Just because I don't fucking brag about myself doesn't mean I have nothing interesting to me. I just don't like arrogance, but I'm starting to see it get's some people ahead or what they want for some stupid reason.
BLAH!
But after having a good day at work, I ended up locking myself out of my apartment while my boy was at work, so I walked around until my feet were frozen and couldn't walk anymore, then waited outside for 4 hours. My toes hurt so bad I thought I might die!
The snow also kept me from getting my new tattoo done this week. So hopefully this Sunday or Monday should be the day I get Blythe started.
