you need to get: Man's Ruin and Black Light Beauty they are awesome if you haven't seen them already - just buy them! i will be checking out razordolls soon. black light beauty has the greatest soundtrack and man's ruin has melodie gore and i fucking love her!
i do have a list going tops right now is one called: pin-ups 2 (dita is in that one), insexts is also a good one (it sounds weird but it looks visually delightful), neu wave hookers, rebelle rousers, girls lie, all the goth send movies except for the 2nd one since i have that one - mmm...rachel rotten), GrubGirl, and i'm sure there are more!
as far as a favorite porn star, that's tough, here are my tops: jade starr, melodie gore, joanna angel, rachel rotten (so sad she left), riley mason....i think that's all of them i'm sure there are more and i apologize to them that i left them out >_<.

I've seen "Beyond the green door" in your list, and i have it. It's an interesting movie, but it's really one of those arty porns, so it's suggestive more in the idea than in what you really see. It can make you dream about it after, but it has also boring moments.
My favorite porn star? Well i don't know many new ones, but i could say Gianna Michaels...
