As of this Saturday the just past I started my back and got the outline done. Picture in my journal. And I will be going back once this outline heals for either more outline work or shading. |

"Can you explain the process for me.(microdermals that is) ie pain, procedure, healing time, taking care of .."
They create a pocket underneath the skin with a peircing needle and insert a small shaft which is attached to the post of the peircing. The shaft is really tiny, hence micro, but enough to hold it in...supposedly, hehe, they are still being tested. Then the screw the end right into the pertruding post. The pain was very minimal, the same as any flesh peircing. I personally think cartilage is much more painful to get peirced. Healing time is about 3 months I presume. I've been cleaning mine with a salt water spray and regular soaks in sea salt. They have looked perfect since the day I got them no irritation, redness or pussing....well accept for once when I decided to wear a necklace...bad move! lol. |

Does my growing belly count as a mode? Especially with two babies being in there. |
